The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reason:

  • Some non-text content presented to you does not have a text alternative.
  • Videos on some pages do not have subtitles or audio descriptions. Subtitles embedded in videos cannot be read by assistive technologies.
  • Input fields do not have a visible or accessible description explicitly associated with the field.
  • On the "Main promotion page", when the user makes a compilation error, this is not identified and no adequate suggestion is provided to remedy the error.
  • The error message that appears on the "Content page", "Email certification", "Landing page" and "Password recovery" pages when the user makes a compilation error is not announced by assistive technologies.
  • On the "Complaints Form" and "Password Recovery" pages, the input fields used to collect information about the user do not contain the possibility of auto-completion at the code level.
  • It is also not possible to follow the preferences that the user sets from the browser, for example, the font type and sometimes the size.
  • Some structure information (e.g. titles, navigation) is not correctly identified.
  • The implemented content sometimes does not have a correct reading sequence set.
  • Some elements have the sole visual modality of representing information through the use of color alone.
  • The contrast between text and background color is not always sufficient.
  • The focus is absent and/or inconsistent.
  • When navigating by keyboard, the focus on the modal, after having scrolled through it, moves to the page that hosts it. The modal remains open and the user can use the page in the layer below.
  • There are attributes in the code that may affect the mapping of user-customized configurations to screen readers.
  • Some features cannot be reached by navigating via keyboard.
  • There is no functionality to jump directly to the content.
  • Some elements do not receive focus in an order that retains their meaning and operability.
  • The purpose of some links on the pages is sometimes missing.
  • On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible in the keyboard user interface.
  • For some UI components with labels that include text or text images, the name does not contain the text that would be presented visually
  • The language of the page is not declared.
  • In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when the content requires user input actions.
  • The implemented content has markup errors and incorrect attribute usage.
  • All modals do not receive focus.
