Affabulazione – Expressions of Naples’ Many Neighbourhoods – 5th Edition
The programme features 14 projects across six of Naples’ municipal districts, offering a series of free events exploring different literary genres and musical styles.
Culture comes alive across Naples’ neighbourhoods, transforming the city into one vast, open-air stage.
From 20 September to 10 December 2026, Affabulazione returns with a programme promoted by the Municipality of Naples, bringing theatre, music, dance and circus arts to the city's outlying neighbourhoods.
Now in its fifth edition, the festival presents 130 live performances, alongside workshops, seminars and talks, introducing audiences to a wide range of artistic expressions while celebrating the creativity of local communities.
From Scampia to Bagnoli, from Secondigliano to Ponticelli, and across other neighbourhoods, Affabulazione invites visitors to discover a Naples full of stories, talent and places brought to life through culture.
A programme that brings together live performance, community participation and neighbourhood identity, turning squares and public spaces into vibrant places for people to come together.
