The itinerary begins in front of the imposing Castel Nuovo (Maschio Angioino), where the guide takes participants on a journey through the centuries, from the origins of ancient Parthenope and the founding of Neapolis to the vibrant city of today.
The walk continues through Naples' monumental heart, taking in the Teatro di San Carlo, the Royal Palace, the magnificent Piazza del Plebiscito and the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola. A stop outside the historic Gran Caffè Gambrinus provides an opportunity to discover the distinctly Neapolitan tradition of caffè sospeso (suspended coffee), a symbol of generosity and sharing.
Passing through the elegant Galleria Umberto I, the tour reaches Via Toledo, one of the city's liveliest thoroughfares. The route skirts the distinctive Quartieri Spagnoli (Spanish Quarter) and continues towards Montesanto, before entering Spaccanapoli, the famous street that cuts through the heart of the old city.
Here, where art and spirituality meet, visitors encounter the Church of Gesù Nuovo, an extraordinary example of Neapolitan Baroque architecture, and the Monumental Complex of Santa Chiara, with its atmospheric Gothic church.
The journey continues along Via San Gregorio Armeno, renowned worldwide for its workshops specialising in the traditional Neapolitan nativity scene. Here, handcrafted figurines, age-old traditions and artistic creativity bring to life one of the city's most distinctive cultural expressions.
The final stop is Naples Cathedral, dedicated to San Gennaro, the city's beloved patron saint. Through stories of history and popular devotion, the guide introduces visitors to the famous miracle of the liquefaction of San Gennaro's blood, one of the religious traditions most deeply rooted in Neapolitan identity.
An experience designed to discover Naples step by step, travelling through different eras, landmarks and traditions that make every corner of the city a story waiting to be told.
